How does per-client billing work?
You pay a monthly fee based on your plan, not per client. You can activate/deactivate clients at any time — only active clients count toward your quota.
Do I have to give the client access?
No. You choose, client by client: either you run everything yourself (the client has no access), or you invite the right people with the right role (admin, editor or viewer). You can also invite later.
How do I manage a group with several subsidiaries?
Attach each subsidiary to the same group at creation. The console clusters them visually, computes an aggregated average score, and you can generate a consolidated report covering all subsidiaries in one PDF.
Do my clients see the CyberSCV brand?
On Starter, your logo is shown but the "Powered by CyberSCV" mention stays visible. On Pro and Enterprise, white-label is complete: your logo, colours, domain, emails. CyberSCV is invisible.
Are my clients' data isolated?
Yes. Each client is an independent tenant with strict database-level isolation (Row Level Security). You access your clients' data only via the MSP relationship — never directly between tenants.
Is there a GDPR data processing agreement?
A standard DPA is included in our terms for all plans. On Enterprise, a custom signed DPA is provided.
